Bangkok Exhibitions Inspired by the Late HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej

Bhumibol Adulyadej, conferred with the title King Bhumibol the Great, was born in 1987. His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej was the ninth monarch of Thailand from the Chakri dynasty as Rama IX.

His majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej, was the world's longest serving constitutional monarch. To this day the nation holds the former king in high regards. Many say he was a transformational leader. When it came to politics, his Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej constantly strived to maintain his constitutional role whilst consistently striving for equality throughout his country.

For seven decades, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej guided Thailand as their knight in shining armor. The former king of the monarch was regarded as the father of the nation. His bravery, devotion and dedication to his people was what set him apart from the rest.

The former King enjoyed many things during his time at the monarch. Artists around the country have created exhibitions in his honor. The exhibitions are appropriate as even as a young prince growing up in Switzerland, His Majesty the King was a keen craftsman. The artist each chose different angles and mediums through which best suited their memories in paying attention and highlighting the life that the former king lived.
